PIR insulation board Recticel EuroWall 40 mm — 1200 × 600 mm is a rigid PIR thermal insulation board. This variant is 40 mm thick and measures 1200 × 600 mm, giving 0.72 m² per board. The stated thermal conductivity is λ = 0,022 W/(m·K). The type of facing matters when choosing adhesives, waterproofing and the other layers of the building assembly. Check these connections before ordering, and select the thickness to meet the project’s thermal requirements. Pack quantities and the sales unit are specified separately; a price per square metre must not be confused with the price of a board or a full pack.
PIR insulation can be used in houses, steel halls and agricultural buildings. The range also includes a 1200 × 2400 mm format. Plan continuous insulation at joints, edges and penetrations; the board does not replace a properly designed waterproofing layer.
