PIR insulation board PIR-PW 80 mm — second quality is rigid, closed-cell PIR insulation core material from sandwich panels. The nominal thickness is 80 mm; the supply contains mixed thicknesses and widths for the customer to sort. The specified density is 40 kg/m³ and thermal conductivity is λ = 0.022–0.027 W/(m·K). Pieces are 1000–1100 mm wide and 1000–3000 mm long. Sales are measured in square metres. Check the dimensions and condition of the selected pieces when planning the insulation layer; this core material is not a finished load-bearing sandwich panel.
Applications include insulation of roofs, foundations, floors, façades and walls. Choose the arrangement of joints, support and protective layers for the particular building assembly.
