THERMANO ETICS is a modern, composite facade panel designed for ETICS insulation systems.
It combines the superior thermal insulation properties of PIR foam with the practicality and ease of processing of EPS polystyrene, creating a solution that is exceptionally effective and easy to install.
It is sanded for plaster like regular polystyrene! Installation is exactly the same as EPS facades.
The panels are ideal for both new buildings and thermal modernizations of existing buildings.
The BASIC lock (straight edge) facilitates panel alignment and ensures tight joints.
1. Exceptional Thermal Insulation
The core made of rigid PIR (polyisocyanurate) foam provides up to 50% better thermal conductivity (lambda value) compared to traditional polystyrene (EPS).
As a result, it allows for a thinner insulation layer while maintaining the same thermal performance, which helps to:
increase the usable floor area of the building
reduce thermal bridges
improve the overall energy efficiency of the façade system
2. Perfect Render Base Thanks to the EPS Layer
The external facing of the board is made of 20 mm thick EPS polystyrene, which:
allows surface sanding and leveling before applying the render
ensures a perfectly smooth and adhesive base for the rendering system
eliminates common processing difficulties associated with pure PIR boards
This combination provides the workability of classic EPS with the thermal performance of premium insulation.
3. Fast and Safe Installation
The large board format (600×1200 mm) enables installation up to 44% faster compared to standard 500×1000 mm boards.
Additionally, the system allows for installation using “warm mounting” technology, which increases airtightness and reduces the risk of thermal bridging.
4. Versatile Application
The boards are ideal for both new constructions and thermal renovations of existing buildings.
The BASIC joint (straight edge) ensures easy fitting and tight connections between the boards.
